Maintain Tips of LED Display Panels

1. Temperature & Humidity
The internal design of LED displays is very precise, it is necessary to avoid working long hours in a humid
environment, for the PCB will be oxidized and corroded in a humid environment, then the screen would be destroyed.
1). Ideal operating temperature: 22 ℃ ±10 ℃ ;
2). Ideal operating humidity: 30% ~ 70 % (No condensation)

2. Dust
ItisstrictlyprohibitedtoputtheLEDdisplaypanelintheenvironmentwithironpowderorotherdust,fordustwillaffectthe
displayeffect,atthesametime,metaldustwillcausedamagetothecircuit,orevencauseashortcircuit.

3. Ventilation & Heat Dissipation
If the screen area is larger than 10 square meters, we suggest adding an air conditioner with dehumidification function to
improve the temperature and humidity of the environment.Install the air conditioner on the rear side of the screen to enhance
the air circulation. Ensure the temperature difference between the back and front of the screen not greater than 5 ℃.

4. Operating Frequency
LED display can’t be power off for a long time. At high humidity environment, circuit corrosion occurs if power off
for more than 3 days. Please ensure power on more than 3 times a week and more than 2 hours each time, in order to keep
the interior of the screen dry and extend the life span of the display screen.

5. Cleaning
1).Thedustonthesurfaceofthescreenshouldbecleanedregularly,andthebesttoolsaresoftandnon-fibersoftcloth or
softbrush,vacuumcleaner,etc.Pleaseavoidbumpinthecleaningprocess.
2).Do notclean thescreen with a damp cloth.

6. Hardware Maintenance
Ifthereisanyproblemwiththedisplayscreen,donottodisassembleitbyyourself.Ifyoufindthedisplayscreenabnormal,
pleasecontactprofessionaltechniciansintimetohelpsolvetheproblemandcheckitundertheguidanceofprofessionaltechnicians.

7. Power Supply
PleaseensurethatthepowersupplyisstableandUPScanbeusedifpossible.Unstablevoltagewillcausepartofthescreen
tofailtostart,whichwillseriouslycausepermanentdamageto internalcomponents.

8. spare Parts Management
1). Check and keep the spare parts.
2).Storage environment:
Temperature: -10~ 40℃; Humidity: 5% ~ 90%
