Chapter 8 LED Display’s common trouble shooting

 

1、Trouble: Whole LED display is dark.

Trouble Shooting:

1)、Please check whether the stadium’s power switch is open.

2)、Whether all of the buttons are opened in the power distributor.

3)、Whether the software operating window is showing right.

4)、Whether the brightness is more than 10%

5)、Whether the network (between led display with computer) cable is loose.

6)、Changing another network port.

7)、Installing the software again.

2、Trouble: some cabinets are dark.

Trouble Shooting:

1)、Please open the dark cabinet’s door, check whether the power’s pilot lamp is bright normally.

2)、Please open the dark cabinet’s door, check whether the receiving card’s pilot lamp is bright normally.

3)、Please check whether the network cable(between cabinets) is loose .

4)、Please change the network cable between cabinets.

3、Trouble: the power’s pilot lamp is dark in the cabinet.

Trouble Shooting:

1)、Please check whether the inner power wire is loose.

2)、Please check whether the input voltage is AC 220V.

3)、Please have a try to change the power supply.

4、Trouble: the picture is chaotic showing.

Trouble Shooting:

1)、Please resend the data(RCG file) to receiving card (chapter 6)

5、Trouble: the receiving card’s network cable pilot lamp is not twinkle.

Trouble Shooting:

1)、Please check whether the network cable is loose.

2)、Please check whether the front receiving card’s network cable is loose

3)、Please check whether the input voltage of receiving card is 3.8-4.5V DC.

6、Trouble: some led modules are dark or showing wrong

Trouble Shooting:

1)、Please check whether the cable is loose.

2)、Please check whether the front led module is showing right.

3)、Please check whether this led module’s output cable(connect with receiving card) is loose.

4)、Please check whether the led module’s power cable is loose

5)、Please change the module.

6)、Please change the hub card.

7)、Please change the receiving card.
