1) 3 years warranty with lifetime free maintenance : During 3 years ,we will maintain or replace the defect components for free, After 3years warranty , we provide free maintenance but only change for spare part at the cost price . We will never exempt our responsibilties on product owned defects .
2) Free technique training and instruction: We provide technique training for free, which contains the operation , installation and maintenance training of the LED screens in the factory. All operation manual, software, test reports are available. Any associated CAD drawing on how to fix up the display and some other expert suggestion will be provided. I If need, we can send our engineer to your side for instruction for free, but you should pay the cost about engineer’s trip( help get visa, pay for flight ticket, hotel and meals).
3) Software upgrade : lifelong maintenance of controlling system . Incessant improvemnet on the system funtions and unending software upgrades .
4) Monthly telephone service : Our after-service team will telephone you every month in warranty period to follow up the working condition of LED display , and to discover problem and solve the
problem instantly . After warranty period , we will do this job each every year.
5) How about the shipping ? We support shipping by sea bor by air . We have good export experience , we will provide you all kinds of certificates and remind you of all the things you need to pay attention to . If you don't have much import experience , we can also arrange door to door service for you .
